Can I show up without a booking?
You can, subject to spot availability — but only an online booking guarantees your spot and your rate.
Arriving without a booking works like at any parking lot: the front desk is open 24 hours a day, and if there is a spot you drive in, check the car in with photos and a checklist and head off to board. What you do not have is the guarantee — neither of the spot nor of the rate locked in on the booking screen.
When the risk is real
The peaks are long weekends, the July and December holidays and, at Congonhas, the wave of first flights in the morning. Congonhas deserves special attention because the lot is 100% underground, with finite capacity; there, guaranteed entry is the product itself. Guarulhos and Congonhas have support lots (Rua Joaquina de Jesus, 745, and Rua dos Chanés, 621), but reception and car handover are always at the main address.
Why book anyway
Booking takes about 1 minute at bandeirapark.online and can be done on your phone before leaving home. It locks in the rate with the discount tier for your dates — at Guarulhos, Viracopos and Confins, for example, R$ 13,31/day for an uncovered spot from 7 days — and comes with the e-mail confirmation that serves as your voucher at drop-off.
If the trip falls through, canceling 3 or more days in advance returns 90% of the amount paid, and a change of dates is arranged on the location's WhatsApp. In other words: the cost of booking and not using it is small; the cost of arriving on a holiday and finding no spot is the whole trip.
Confins opens October 1, 2026 and is already taking bookings for drop-offs from that date.
