Frequently asked question · Locations
Are you open overnight and on holidays?
Yes: 24 hours, every day of the year, at all five locations.
Being open 24 hours covers everything you need to board or collect your car, not just an open gate: a front desk with check-in and check-out, a van at the locations with a shuttle, and walking access at the others. There is no extra charge by time of day — the daily rate is the same at 3 p.m. and at 3 a.m.
How each access works in the middle of the night
- Guarulhos and Viracopos: the van keeps the same frequency as the rest of the day, leaving every 20–25 minutes, with an average wait of 12–13 minutes. Arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the time you want to be at check-in.
- Confins (opens October 1, 2026): 24-hour van, with a recommendation to arrive 45 minutes early.
- Congonhas: the covered tunnel to the terminal runs 24 hours a day, with escalators. You leave the car at 4 a.m. and walk 5 minutes to check-in, with no van or rideshare app to depend on. There has never been a reported robbery along the way.
- Tietê Bus Terminal: a 4-minute walk to the terminal, at any hour; handy for buses that leave or arrive in the small hours.
On the way back, the same rule: the van picks you up at the terminal when you call, whatever the time, and the locations' phones and WhatsApp lines answer 24 hours a day.
Holidays and high season
Open is not the same as empty. Long weekends, the July and December holidays, Carnival and the big events at Anhembi and Expo Center Norte concentrate drop-offs on the same days, and the online booking is what guarantees the spot in those periods — at Congonhas, where the lot is an underground garage with finite capacity, even more so. The rate does not change on holidays: the same table by length of stay applies.
