What is Clube Bandeira Plus?
The premium subscription (plans from R$ 59,90 to R$ 1.000,00/month) with the exclusive right to valet at the boarding gate at all 3 airports. Subscribe via the call center at (11) 3017-5808.
Valet at the boarding gate is the service where you hand over the car at the terminal door and get it back on arrival, without going through the parking lot or the van. Without a subscription, it exists as a one-off service only at Guarulhos, through Valetina (R$ 26,40/day on a 30-day basis). At Congonhas and Viracopos, only Clube Bandeira Plus subscribers have access — and that is what the subscription buys.
The monthly plans
- Ocasional, R$ 59,90: up to 2 Conforto bookings, standard coverage, 24/7 support.
- Frequente, R$ 150,00: up to 6 Conforto bookings, occasional upgrade to Premium, on-time guarantee.
- Anual, R$ 250,00 (the recommended one): up to 12 bookings in any tier and concierge by message.
- Executivo, R$ 500,00: up to 24 Premium bookings and monthly billing.
- Ilimitado, R$ 1.000,00: unlimited bookings in any tier, priority slot in high season and dedicated support.
All of them include valet at the three airports. You subscribe through the call center, at (11) 3017-5808, choosing the plan by how often you travel.
How the valet works in practice
Book at least 24 hours in advance. On the stretch where the valet drives between the terminal and the parking lot, the car is covered by Newe's own insurance of R$ 700.000; parked, the Tokio Marine policy of R$ 1.000.000 applies. At Guarulhos, you can also schedule it on WhatsApp with Valetina, the network's partner artificial intelligence assistant.
Plus does not replace the free Clube Bandeira: the free sixth stay still applies to subscribers and non-subscribers alike. Confins, which opens October 1, 2026, opens without gate valet.
