Frequently asked question · Security
Is the car kept under cover?
At Congonhas, always (100% basement). At GRU, VCP and Confins, you choose covered or uncovered.
The Tietê Bus Terminal falls into the same group as Congonhas: the spots are in the underground garage of a commercial building, so there too the car is always covered, with no option to choose. At the airport locations with an open lot — Guarulhos, Viracopos and Confins — the choice is yours, made in the booking as the spot type.
How much the covered spot costs
At Guarulhos, Viracopos and Confins the covered spot costs, with an online booking, R$ 22,19/day for 1 day, R$ 15,97/day from 7 days, R$ 12,22/day from 17 days and R$ 9,58/day from 30 days. The uncovered spot, at the same tiers, costs R$ 18,49, R$ 13,31, R$ 10,18 and R$ 7,98 per day. The difference per day goes from R$ 3,70 at the first tier to R$ 1,60 from 30 days — the longer the stay, the smaller the extra cost of protecting the car. Prices as of June 2026.
When it is worth it
The cover protects the paintwork from sun, rain and hail. For a weekend, the uncovered spot does the job; for stays of several weeks, the covered spot is the network's recommendation. At Confins, which opens October 1, 2026, there are 1,500 spots between covered and uncovered.
Covered or uncovered, the rest is the same: Tokio Marine insurance of R$ 1.000.000 per vehicle, 24-hour monitoring with cameras and license plate recognition, patrols and documented check-in. And at Congonhas the table already reflects the underground garage: the daily rate starts at R$ 32,54 for 1 day and drops to R$ 17,06/day from 30 days.
