Frequently asked question · Shuttle and access

Is the shuttle free?

Yes, at Guarulhos, Viracopos and Confins: 24 hours, every day, with no luggage limit and no fee. At GRU it serves Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

Free means included in the daily rate: there is no fee on the way out, no fee on the way back and no charge per bag or per passenger. The shuttle is part of the service at the three locations where the distance to the terminal calls for a van — Guarulhos, Viracopos and, from October 1, 2026, Confins.

How it works at each location

  • Guarulhos: 3.5 km to the airport, a ride of up to 10 minutes, serving Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The van drops you at your flight's terminal and, on the way back, picks you up at the terminal where you landed.
  • Viracopos: a ride of about 6 to 7 minutes to the terminal.
  • Confins: the parking lot is on the MG-010, on the way from Belo Horizonte to the airport, and the van ride takes about 15 minutes.

At Guarulhos and Viracopos the vans are Mercedes-Benz Sprinter XL for 20 passengers, with leather seats, a 32-inch TV, air conditioning and about 20,000 liters of luggage space. They leave every 20–25 minutes, 24 hours a day, every day — including in the small hours and on holidays.

What the van does not carry

No luggage limit does not mean any item goes: the shuttle does not carry boxes, boards, bicycles or oversized items. If you are traveling with something like that, talk to the location before booking.

If you would rather have a vehicle to yourself, you can book the VIP Shuttle for R$ 80,00 — exclusive, no stops, at your own time. At Congonhas and Tietê there is no van because none is needed: the Congonhas terminal is a 5-minute walk through a covered tunnel, and the Tietê Bus Terminal a 4-minute walk.
