Which payment methods do you accept?
PIX, Visa and Mastercard, with up to 12 interest-free card installments.
Payment is made online, at the time of booking, and it is what confirms the spot and locks in the rate. With PIX, confirmation is instant. With a card, you choose the number of installments — up to 12 interest-free — and the total booking amount is the same whether paid upfront or in installments.
Processing is by Mercado Pago: card details are not stored by Bandeira Park. Through the same platform you can also pay by boleto in the online booking.
What goes on the same charge
The extra services you add to the booking — car wash for R$ 35,00, one-off valet for R$ 25,00, VIP shuttle for R$ 80,00, travel insurance for R$ 19,99 — go on the same payment. Tranca e Leve a Chave (lock and keep your key), available at Guarulhos and Viracopos, adds 20% to the rate; the Vaga VIP charges a percentage on top of the rate.
If you need to cancel, the refund follows the published policy: 90% of the amount paid when canceling 3 or more days before drop-off, 40% up to 48 hours before, and no refund in case of no-show. The travel insurance amount, when purchased, is non-refundable.
For businesses
Business travelers get the RPS receipt on the spot, at the counter, ready for corporate expense claims, and the invoice (nota fiscal) right after. Companies with a corporate account can consolidate the month's stays on a single boleto, issued at the end of the month — the call center (11) 3017-5808 sets up the agreement the way the company needs.
