Frequently asked question · Locations
Which location should I choose?
Based on your departure point: GRU, CGH, VCP or, in Belo Horizonte, CNF. For the bus terminal and events at Anhembi/Expo Center Norte, the Tietê location.
Your departure gate decides, because what sets the locations apart is the access to the terminal. But each one has a travel profile where it pays off most.
By travel profile
- Long trip or family trip through Guarulhos: the GRU location is 3.5 km away, on the route to the airport, with a free 24-hour van to Terminals 1, 2 and 3, child car seats and a kids' area. It is also the only one with one-off gate valet.
- Air shuttle, work or weekend through Congonhas: the CGH location is 100% covered, underground, a 5-minute walk from the terminal through a covered tunnel. The typical profile is dropping the car off on Friday and picking it up on Monday.
- Campinas and the interior through Viracopos: the VCP location has the same standard as Guarulhos — free 24-hour van, Vaga VIP and Tranca e Leve a Chave (lock and keep your key) — and, as of June 2026, the same table prices.
- Belo Horizonte and the region through Confins: the CNF location, on the MG-010, is on the way from BH to the airport, with a free van in about 15 minutes and 1,500 covered and uncovered spots. Opens October 1, 2026.
- Bus travel, concerts and trade shows: the Tietê Bus Terminal location is a 4-minute walk from the terminal and the Portuguesa-Tietê metro station, and serves Anhembi and Expo Center Norte.
What does not change
The pillars are the same at all five: Tokio Marine insurance of R$ 1.000.000 per vehicle, 24-hour service, documented check-in, complimentary treats at the front desk and a progressive discount by length of stay. What varies is the table — Guarulhos, Viracopos and Confins start at R$ 7,98/day, Tietê at R$ 9,76/day and Congonhas, being a covered underground garage, at R$ 17,06/day — and the premium services, concentrated at Guarulhos and Viracopos.
