Frequently asked question · Guarulhos Airport (GRU)

Does the parking have a shuttle to Guarulhos Airport?

Yes: a free 24-hour van to Terminals 1, 2 and 3, leaving every 20–25 minutes, with a 3.5 km ride of up to 10 minutes, no fee and no luggage limit.

Yes. Bandeira Park in Guarulhos (GRU) is at Av. Novo Brasil, 954, 3.5 km from the airport, and the free van takes you to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 in up to 10 minutes. It runs 24 hours a day, every day, leaves every 20–25 minutes, and the average wait is 12–13 minutes. There is no fee on the way out or on the way back, and no charge per bag.

On the way out

Arrive at the parking lot 30 to 45 minutes before the time you want to be at your flight's check-in. After the car's check-in, with photos and a checklist, tell the front desk which terminal you are flying from, and the van drops you at the right door. Nothing needs to be scheduled: the shuttle runs on a frequency, and the pace is the same in the middle of the night.

On the way back

Once you have collected your bags, call (11) 94772-4436 or message +55 11 92137-6719 on WhatsApp and say which terminal you landed at. The van comes to pick you up there.

The van and your luggage

The vans are Mercedes-Benz Sprinter XL for 20 passengers, with air conditioning and about 20,000 liters of luggage space. No luggage limit does not mean any item goes: boxes, boards, bicycles and oversized items do not ride in the van. If you are traveling with something like that, talk to the location before booking.

If you would rather not wait for the van

  • VIP Shuttle, for R$ 80,00: a vehicle to yourself, no stops, at your own time.
  • Valet at the boarding gate, pay-per-use through Valetina, for R$ 26,40/day on a 30-day basis: a licensed driver takes the car at the terminal and returns it at arrivals. Book at least 24 hours in advance.
