How much does parking at Congonhas Airport cost?
Online daily rate from R$ 17,06, in a covered basement spot (the only type): R$ 32,54/day for 1 day, R$ 28,47/day from 7 days, R$ 21,77/day from 17 days and R$ 17,06/day from 30 days.
Congonhas is the location with its own table and a single spot type: all spots are in the underground garage of a commercial building in Campo Belo, protected from sun, rain and hail for the whole stay. That is why the daily rate starts at a higher level than at Guarulhos or Viracopos — there is no uncovered spot at Congonhas to pick as the cheaper option.
The long-stay discount works as at the other locations: you enter the dates in the booking and the daily rate for the matching tier is applied automatically. For stays longer than 30 days, check with the call center.
What the daily rate includes
The daily rate covers the covered spot, the Tokio Marine insurance of R$ 1.000.000 per vehicle, 24-hour monitoring with license plate recognition and patrols. There is no shuttle — and no charge for one: the terminal is about 300 meters away, a 5-minute walk through a covered tunnel with escalators, open 24 hours a day.
Optional services are priced separately: car wash for R$ 35,00, one-off valet for R$ 25,00 and travel insurance for R$ 19,99. Vaga VIP and Tranca e Leve a Chave do not exist at Congonhas; valet at the boarding gate is exclusive to Clube Bandeira Plus subscribers.
Comparison with the official parking
Checked in June 2026, the official Congonhas parking (Estapar, Edifício Garagem) charged R$ 105,90 per day, with no long-stay tier. On a single daily rate the difference is 69%; from 30 days, it reaches 84%.
Because the lot is underground, capacity is finite — on holidays and for the first flights of the morning, only an online booking guarantees entry. Prices as of June 2026, for online bookings, with PIX, Visa or Mastercard in up to 12 interest-free installments.
