When the official parking is the right choice
To take someone to departures, pick them up at arrivals or make a stop of an hour or two, the official parking wins: it is at the terminal, and you walk. Bandeira Park is 3.5 km away; adding the wait for the van, 12–13 minutes on average, and the ride of up to 10 minutes each way, a short stop turns into a long errand.
