What the cover changes
The cover protects the paintwork from sun, rain and hail. Over two or three days, that exposure rarely makes a difference; over weeks in an open lot, it adds up. If the car is new or you care about the paintwork, the covered spot makes sense even on short trips.
What does not change
Cameras with continuous recording, license plate recognition, 24-hour patrols, check-in with photos and a checklist and Tokio Marine insurance of R$ 1.000.000 per vehicle apply equally to both spots. The spot type is chosen in the booking itself, along with the dates.
