The options near Congonhas, side by side

How you reach the terminal (no van — on purpose)
At Congonhas there is no Bandeira Park van, and that's an advantage: the location is so close that walking makes any shuttle unnecessary. The covered tunnel, with escalators, is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: during those hours, the walk takes ~5 minutes, and you don't get rained on and you don't cross an avenue. Outside those hours, you walk to the terminal via the pedestrian footbridge. There has never been a reported robbery at the location or along the tunnel route.
Security in the underground garage
The parking spots are in the underground garage of a commercial building: 100% covered, protected from sun, rain and hail. The lot has 24/7 monitoring and every vehicle is covered by R$ 1.000.000 Tokio Marine insurance against theft, robbery and damage. At check-in, the car's condition is documented with photos and a checklist.
Services at the location
