Marcelo opened Bandeira Park's first parking lot on December 2, 2005, in São Paulo's East Zone. From there the company grew through shopping malls, office buildings and lots across the city before reaching the terminals: Congonhas (CGH), Viracopos (VCP) and the Tietê Bus Terminal in 2015, Guarulhos (GRU) in 2020 and Confins (CNF), in Belo Horizonte, on October 1, 2026.
