It is the only format where you neither walk nor take a van — you step out of your own car straight into departures.

How valet works at GRU, step by step
The flow has three steps. You book at least 24 hours in advance and agree on the time; on the day, you drive to your terminal's departures curb (the service covers Terminals 1, 2 and 3), where an accredited, trained driver receives the car; the vehicle goes to the monitored lot at Bandeira Park Guarulhos, and you follow everything on WhatsApp. On the way back, the car is waiting for you at arrivals. Cancellation is flexible.
How much it costs

What about Congonhas and Viracopos?
At the other two airports, valet at the boarding gate exists — but it is exclusive to subscribers of Clube Bandeira Plus, the subscription that unlocks the service at GRU, CGH and VCP (plans from R$ 59,90/month, sign-up through the call center at (11) 3017-5808). At GRU, any customer can book it pay-per-use.
Security during the valet service
While the driver takes the car between the terminal and the lot, it is covered by Newe's own insurance of R$ 700.000; parked in the spot, the R$ 1.000.000 Tokio Marine insurance against theft, robbery and damage applies, as at every location. The drivers are accredited and trained, the vehicle's condition is documented at handover, and the lot that keeps the car is the same as the GRU location's: infrared cameras, license plate recognition and 24/7 patrols — with zero thefts or robberies in more than 20 years of operation.
Who valet makes sense for
